Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Telecom Egypt decided to pay out a cash dividend of EGP 1.50 per share for 2025.
The company noted that the shareholders’ distributable share of the net profits stands at EGP 2.56 billion, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, an amount of EGP 2.66 billion will be under the retained earnings account carried to 2026.
Telecom Egypt recorded standalone net profits amounting to EGP 5.72 billion in 2025, while its retained earnings reached EGP 1.02 billion.
