Tawuniya witnesses revenue growth to SAR 5.7bn in Q1-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) generated revenue worth SAR 5.76 billion during the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.

The result marked an annual increase of 12.64% from the SAR 5.12 billion insurance revenue registered in Q1-25, according to the income statements.

Tawuniya also recorded an annual rise of 10.08% in net profit after Zakat to SAR 288.08 million in January-March 2026 when compared to SAR 261.69 million in the same three-month period a year earlier.

The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.93 in Q1-26, reflecting an increase from SAR 1.76 in Q1-25.

On a quarterly basis, the net income in Q1-26 surged by 43.50% from SAR 200.74 million in Q4-25, while the insurance revenue grew by 2.09% from SAR 5.65 billion.

In 2025, Tawuniya posted net profits worth SAR 1.10 billion and revenue of SAR 21.40 billion.

Earlier in 2026, the board members of the insurance company recommended a cash dividend of SAR 2 per share for the full year 2025.
