Riyadh – Mubasher: The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) saw a negotiated deal executed during the 5 October 2026 session on 346,557 shares at SAR 87.4 per share.
The transaction was implemented for a total value of about SAR 30,28 million.

Tawuniya recently completed the distribution of SAR 551,179 generated from the sale of fractional shares.
