Tanmiah Food signs 12-month deal with Malaysia’s Tradewinds

Riyadh - Mubasher: Tanmiah Food Company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tradewinds (M) Berhad (TWM), a leading Malaysian food company, to explore strategic cooperation in halal protein products.

The agreement, signed on 24 September, focuses on production, supply, import, and processing opportunities within Malaysia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Under the terms of the 12-month agreement, both parties will evaluate the export of Saudi poultry products to Malaysia, subject to regulatory approvals.

The collaboration aims to develop a global brand for sustainable and healthy halal protein products while assessing future investment opportunities across the poultry value chain.

Tanmiah Food stated that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. Any material developments or future financial impacts resulting from this MoU will be disclosed at a later date.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the Saudi company’s total revenues hit SAR 1.52 billion, up 14.61% year-on-year (YoY).
