Riyadh – Mubasher: The unitholders of Taleem REIT Fund will obtain a cash dividend of SAR 0.24 per unit for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The fund manager Saudi Fransi Capital announced a total distribution worth SAR 12.24 million, with the number of units eligible for dividends standing at 51, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The entitlement date for the dividend payout will be 15 July 2021, while the distribution date will be within 15 business days from 13 July.
