Riyadh – Mubasher: Taiba Investments Company has awarded the main work contract for its Riyadh hotel project, which will be constructed over a land plot, spanning over 11,073 square meters, owned by its subsidiary Al Aqeeq Real Estate, to Al Saad General Contracting Co. Ltd.
The project will be implemented in Al Olaya district in Riyadh at a total value of SAR 377.5 million, Taiba said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
The hotel will include 18 floors, featuring 302 suites, apartments, and hotel rooms, as well as hotel services, a commercial centre, recreational centres, a health club, and car parking.
