Tadawul to lift trading suspension on National Gypsum

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will lift the trading suspension on shares of National Gypsum Company effective 28 September.

The decision follows the company’s compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements regarding its periodic financial statements.

Trading in the company's securities was initially suspended on 10 September, after National Gypsum failed to publish its financial results for the period ending 30 June 2026, within the statutory timeframe.

The exchange confirmed that the company has since addressed the reporting delay by announcing its financial results on 24 September.

The resumption of trading is based on the authorities granted to the Saudi Exchange under the Listing Rules.

National Gypsum will return to active trading during the Monday session after the exchange verified that the grounds for the initial suspension have been resolved.

The move ensures that the company’s shares are once again available for public trading following the fulfillment of its mandatory financial reporting obligations.
