Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange’s (Tadawul) main index (TASI) closed Tuesday higher by 4.82 points (0.04%) at 11,024 points, maintaining its upward performance for the third session in a row.
The trading value reached SAR 7.22 billion after 182.35 million shares were exchanged, compared to SAR 8.87 billion and 232.27 million shares a day ago.
The retail sector was the top gainer with 1.44%, while the transportation segment led the decliners with 0.71%.
Al Baha Investment and Development headed the risers with 9.91%, while Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance led the fallers with 3.45%.
Dar Al Arkan posted the highest trading volume of 9.61 million shares, while Development Works Food recorded the highest turnover of SAR 403.56 million.
Similarly, Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) went up by 338.36 points (1.4%) to 24,484 points.
Natural Gas Distribution advanced the risers with 12.84%, while Riyadh Cement led the fallers with 0.9%.
