Tadawul ends Thursday’s trading session with varied performance

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Thursday’s trading session lower by 91.10 points (0.79%) at 11,439.19 points.

A total of 138.93 million shares were exchanged at a value of SAR 4.89 billion.

The utilities sector headed the fallers with 2.16%, whereas the food and staples retail segment dominated the risers with 1.48%.

Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company was the top gainer with 10%.

Meanwhile, Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT led the decliners with 3.69%, followed by Mouwasat Medical Services Company with 3.48%.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company was the most active stock on which 20.54 million shares were traded, whereas Al Rajhi Bank posted the highest turnover of SAR 480.03 million.

On the other hand, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) gained 161.86 points (0.84%) and ended the session in the green zone at 19,527.94 points.

National Building and Marketing Company advanced the risers with 3.95%, while Rawasi Albina Investment Company headed the fallers with 7.11%.
