Tadawul closes Wednesday in red zone

Riyadh – Mubasher: The main All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) declined by 130.91 points (1.09%) to end Wednesday’s trading session at 11,863.81 points.

The trading value reached SAR 5.56 billion through the exchange of 131.74 million shares.

Except for the utilities segment which rose by 2.17%, all the sectors fell, headed by the capital goods which retreated by 2.69%.

International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power) topped the risers with 4.23%, whereas Salama Cooperative Insurance Company led the fallers with 8.59%.

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) was the most active stock on which 10.23 million shares were exchanged, while Al Rajhi Bank posted the highest turnover of SAR 413.35 million.

Similarly, Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed the session down at 20,528.68 points after losing 322.71 points (1.55%).

Gas Arabian Services Company advanced the gainers with 6.95%, while Rawasi Albina Investment Company was the top decliner with 10.82%.
