Tadawul closes Tuesday’s session higher; majority of sectors rise

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) ended Tuesday’s session at 10,359.26 points after rising by 130.62 points (1.28%).

The turnover amounted to SAR 3.45 billion through the exchange of 104.44 million shares.

The majority of Tadawul’s sectors closed in green, topped by the commercial and professional services with 2.43%. Meanwhile, the retail segment topped four decliners with 0.47%.

Al Saif Stores for Development and Investment Company (Alsaif Gallery), which started trading today, posted the highest trading value of SAR 677.08 million while being the top faller with 14.78%.

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company headed the risers with 8.42%.

As for the most active stock, Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company saw the highest volume of 14.18 million exchanged shares.

The Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) also closed the session higher by 294.29 points (1.56%) at 19,182.04 points.

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology headed the risers with 11.11%, while Edarat Communication and Information Technology Company led the fallers with 22.31%.
