Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) gained 187.95 points (1.87%) on Tuesday, closing the session at 10,221.14 points.
The turnover amounted to SAR 5.64 billion after 534.38 million shares were exchanged.
The majority of Tadawul’s sectors closed in green and were led by the banks with 3.42%. Meanwhile, the media and entertainment segment led the decliners with 0.67%.
The recently listed Americana Restaurants International topped the risers with 12.41%, generating the highest trading volume and value with 417.85 million shares at SAR 1.25 billion.
Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company, meanwhile, was the top faller with 9.96%.
On the other hand, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed the session down by 46.01 points (0.25%) at 18,541.83 points.
Abdulaziz and Mansour Ibrahim Albabtin Company (Al Babtain Food) led the fallers with 5.58%, while Rawasi Albina Investment Company advanced the risers with 8.47%.
