Tadawul closes Thursday in red zone amid all-sector decline

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Thursday’s trading session lower by 195.48 points (1.71%) at 11,211.70 points.

The turnover stood at SAR 4.78 billion through the exchange of 129.15 million shares.

All the sectors retreated, headed by the insurance as well as the media which plunged by 3.20%, each.

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company topped the risers with 9.97%, whereas Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) led the fallers with 9.86%.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company dominated the trading volume with 9.15 million shares, while Arabian Drilling Company posted the highest turnover of SAR 529.32 million.

Likewise, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) fell by 321.08 points (1.67%) to close at 18,908.53 points.

AME Company for Medical Supplies advanced the gainers with 3.23%, whereas Jahez International Company for Information System Technology headed the losers with 6.63%.
