Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) ended Sunday at 10,546.67 points after rising by 68.21 points (0.65%) during the first session of the new year 2023.
The turnover amounted to SAR 2.25 billion through the exchange of 77.05 million shares.
The majority of Tadawul’s sectors closed in green, topped by the capital goods with 2.41%. Meanwhile, the commercial and professional services as well as the consumer services segments topped the decliners with 0.27% and 0.07%, respectively.
Middle East Specialized Cables Company (MESC) headed the risers with 9.90%.
Americana Restaurants International led the fallers with 1.64% yet was the most active stock on which 10.30 million shares were exchanged.
As for the highest turnover, Aldawaa Medical Services Company generated SAR 212.18 million.
On the other hand, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed the session lower by 228.33 points (1.18%) at 19,188.97 points.
Leen Alkhair Trading Company was the top faller with 26.92%, while Future Care Trading Company led the risers with 19.66%.
