Tadawul closes Sunday on mixed note

Riyadh – Mubasher: The main All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Sunday’s session lower by 71.31 points (0.53%) at 13,463.09 points.

The turnover declined to SAR 5.94 billion after 124.07 million shares were traded.

The majority of the sectors declined, led by the food and beverage which dropped by 1.91%. Only three segments closed in green, topped by the software and services which gained 2.21%.

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company led the fallers with 9.96%, while Elm Company advanced the risers with 6.89%.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume with 13.26 million shares. Meanwhile, Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (Amak) recorded the highest turnover of SAR 672.06 million.

On the other hand, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) gained 1.75 points (0.01%) to close at 23,832.20 points. 

Raoom Trading Company headed the risers with 5.12%, while Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) was the top faller with 6.25%.
