Tadawul closes Sunday lower amid all-sector decline

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) went down by 191.34 points (1.63%) on Sunday to close the trading session at 11,566.45 points.

A total of 115.45 million shares were exchanged at a value of SAR 3.83 billion. All the sectors retreated, led by the food and beverages which plunged by 3.59%.

Tanmiah Food Company topped the risers with 4.04%.

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company, which plans to cut its capital by 60% from SAR 250 million to SAR 100 million, headed the losers with 7.93%

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) was the most active stock on which 11.08 million shares were traded, while Al Rajhi Bank recorded the highest turnover of SAR 195.83 million.

Similarly, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) ended the session lower by 281.89 points (1.39%) at 19,941.86 points.

Keir International Company advanced the gainers with 7.44%, whereas Future Care Trading Company led the decliners with 13.11%.
