Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the adjustment of the daily fluctuation limit for Arabian Pipes Company shares on 25 August 2026.
Tadawul has set a reference price of SAR 5.08 for Tuesday session, according to a bourse filing.
The price recalibration follows the company’s extraordinary general assembly (EGM) held on 24 August 2026, where shareholders approved a 26% capital increase through the issuance of bonus shares.
As part of the technical adjustment, Tadawul confirmed that all outstanding orders for the stock have been cancelled.
The bonus shares will be deposited into the portfolios of eligible shareholders before the start of the trading session on 27 August 2026.
Meanwhile, the capital expansion, funded through the capitalization of reserves, is intended to strengthen the company's equity base.
The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) is scheduled to complete the administrative processing of the new shares shortly.
According to the exchange filing, Arabian Pipes shares will continue to trade under the new price reference as the market incorporates the expanded share capital.
