Riyadh - Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), settled lower by 0.71% or 51.72 points at Wednesday’s close to stand at the level of 7,213.36 points.
Meanwhile, a total of 246.305 million shares were exchanged at a value of SAR 4.75 billion through 255,430 deals.
The basic materials sector headed the decliners with 1.11%, followed by the banks and the energy instruments with 1.07% and 0.53%, respectively.
Saudi Cable Company (SCC) came on top of the green zone with 5.11%, whereas Al Jouf Agricultural Development Company headed the red zone with 5.29%.
Dar Alarkan Real Estate was the most actively traded stock on all levels after 41.5 million shares were traded at a turnover of SAR 292.65 million.
