TASI rises for eighth session in row on Thursday; NomuC up

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday at 10,698.3 points, registering its eighth rise in a row.

The turnover amounted to SAR 12.755 billion after trading 412.52 million shares, compared with SAR 8.3 billion and 267.4 million shares in the prior session.

The telecom sector was the top gainer with 3.64%, while the banks segment led the decliners with 0.3%.

Tabuk Agricultural Development headed the risers with 9.95%, while Gulf Union Alahlia led the fallers with 2.46%.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate was the most active stock on which 28.77 million shares were exchanged, while Saudi Advanced Industries recorded the highest trading value of SAR 1.18 billion.

Similarly, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed the session 1.07% higher at 24,196.93 points.

Mohammed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Co advanced the risers with 29.85%, while Sumou Real Estate led the fallers with 2.04%.

It is worth noting that Al Naqool’s stock has started trading on Wednesday.
