TASI falls 32 pts, Nomu grows at Sunday’s close

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) finished Sunday’s trading session in negative territory, after the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 32.9 points, or 0.42%, to 7,802.65 points.

TASI’s trading volume stood at 129.59 million shares in the first session of this week, down from 319.6 million on Thursday, while the bourse’s liquidity declined to SAR 2.98 billion from SAR 9.65 billion.

The banking sector topped TASI’s decliners falling 1.54%, followed by the medicine, basic materials and telecommunication sectors with 1.3%, 0.3% and 0.25%, respectively.

Meanwhile, the energy sector headed TASI’s gainers adding 5%, followed by the healthcare sector with 3.87%.

In the meantime, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, went up 61.32 points, or 2.53%, to close at 2,484.53 points, for the third session in a row.
