Riyadh – Mubasher: TASI, the benchmark index of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), closed Thursday down by 52.92 points (0.48%) at 10,938.88 points.
The turnover amounted to SAR 7.56 billion through the exchange of 174.78 million shares, compared to SAR 9.57 billion and 218.18 million shares on Wednesday.
The pharma segment was the top decliner with 1.55%, while the commercial sector headed the gainers with 1.89%.
Halwani Bros. was the top faller with 4.51%, while National Metal Manufacturing and Casting (Maadaniyah) advanced the risers with 10%.
Saudi Tadawul Group generated the highest trading value of SAR 1.18 billion, while Dar Alarkan Real Estate was the most active stock in terms of volume with 12.35 million traded shares.
Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) meanwhile rose by 30.87 points (0.13%) to 23,594.98 points.
Al Naqool was the top riser with 4.03%, while Sumou Real Estate led the fallers with 2.04%.
