Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) inched up 0.79% or 98.43 points to end Monday's trading session at 12,561.60 points.
Turnover amounted to SAR 11.48 billion after 295.94 million shares had been traded.
The energy sector led the gainers with 3.62%, while the pharma, biotech, and life science segment topped the losers with 0.76%.
Elm Co. came on top of the green zone with 10%, while Middle East Paper Co. (MEPCO) headed the red zone with 1.8%.
Dar Al Arkan recorded the highest trading volume of 55.91million traded shares, while Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) posted the highest turnover of SAR 1.55 billion.
As for the parallel market, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) retreated by 0.38% or 96.63 points to reach 25,014.49 points.
