Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Saudi bourse, the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), fell by 1.08% or 94.05 points at Sunday’s close to settle at the level of 8,580.92 points.
Turnover amounted to SAR 10.27 billion where approximately 376.343 million shares were traded through 459,365 transactions.
Energy and materials were down by 0.47% and 1.05%, respectively, while banks and telecommunication services dropped by 0.20% and 0.68%, respectively.
The Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company topped the green zone with 9.86%, whereas Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. came on top of the red zone with 10%.
Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development led the trading activity after exchanging 15.867 million shares, while Naseej International Trading Co. logged the highest turnover of SAR 485.675 million.
In the meantime, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) plunged by 3.05% to reach 18,669.23 points.
