Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Wednesday down by 116.4 points (1.05%) at 10,991.80 points.
The trading value stood at SAR 9.57 billion through the exchange of 218.18 million shares, compared to SAR 7.48 billion and 208.85 million shares in the previous session.
The software as well as the banks sectors were the top decliners with 1.97% each, while the telecom segment led the gainers with 1.01%.
Banque Saudi Fransi led the fallers with 4.51%.
Saudi Tadawul Group was the top riser with 12.38% while registering the highest trading value and volume of SAR 2.29 billion and 19.24 million shares, respectively.
Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) meanwhile gained 113.82 points (0.49%) to close at 23,564.11 points.
National Building advanced the risers with 3.7%, while Fesh Fash was the top faller with 2.95%.
