Riyadh – Mubasher: The main market’s All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) rose on Tuesday by 64.72 points (0.61%) to 10,640.06 points.
The turnover totalled SAR 4.88 billion through the exchange of 218.60 million shares.
The utilities segment was the top gainer with 1.28%, while the food and staples retail sector led the decliners with 1.08%.
Thimar Development Holding Company advanced the risers with 6.26%, while Gulf Union Alahlia Cooperative Insurance Company was the top faller with 5.33%.
Anaam International Holding Group was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume after registering 25.52 million shares.
Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) recorded the highest turnover of SAR 499.75 million.
On the other hand, the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed lower by 145.38 points (0.65%) at 22,278.01 points.
Watani Iron Steel Company topped the fallers with 6.08%, while Al Rashid Industrial Company headed the risers with 8.11%.
