TASI closes Thursday down; NomuC up

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) fell by 89.27 points (0.76%) on Thursday and ended the trading session at 11,709.50 points.

The trading value stood at SAR 6.91 billion through the exchange of 187.30 million shares.

The majority of the sectors declined, headed by the real estate management and development with 3.48%, while the retail sector led the risers with 0.83%.

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) was the top gainer with 9.89%, whereas Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company dominated the losers with 9.96%.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company was the most active stock on which 23.32 million shares were traded, while Saudi National Bank (SNB) generated the highest turnover of SAR 1.09 billion.

On the other hand, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) gained 134.84 points (0.68%) and closed the session at 19,849.59 points.

Banan Real Estate Company advanced the risers with 7.18%, while Arabian Plastic Industrial (APICO) headed the fallers with 6.92%.
