Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) jumped by 0.40% on Thursday after gaining 31.65 points to reach 8,045.09 points.
Banks gained 0.58%, while materials rose by 0.45%. On the other hand, telecommunication services and energy inched down by 0.02% and 0.01%, respectively.
The market’s turnover amounted to SAR 12.607 billion, the trading volume registered 564.098 million shares, whilst the number of concluded deals totalled 424,740.
Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) headed the gainers with 9.88%, whereas the Saudi British Bank (SABB) topped the losers with 3.17%.
Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company led the trading activity through the exchange of 66.026 million shares, while SABB logged the largest turnover of SAR 1.487 billion.
Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) added 1.08% to stand at 9,512.16 points. Saudi White Cement Co. was the top rising stock with 20%.
The MT30 Index futures – September 2020 levelled up by 0.05% to SAR 1,073 on their fifth trading day at the Saudi derivatives market.
