Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) ended Tuesday’s trading session in the green territory after it had grown by 1.66% or 141.77 points to settle at 8,680.45 points.
Turnover amounted to SAR 10.9 billion and the trading volume reached 349,389 million shares.
The energy and materials sectors gained 0.78% and 2.51%, respectively, while banks and telecom rose by 1.26% and 0.33%, respectively.
Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism topped the winners with 10%, whereas Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. led the losers with 1.27%.
Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. led the trading activity through the exchange of 17.946 million shares, while the Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) logged the biggest turnover of SAR 562.2 million.
At the same time, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) soared by 5% to 21,698.23 points.
