Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Tuesday higher by 154.28 points (1.38%) at 11,315.32 points.
The turnover stood at SAR 5.36 billion after 144.98 million shares were traded, compared to SAR 4.54 billion and 138.67 million shares last session.
The majority of the sectors closed in green, topped by the capital goods which rose by 2.32%. The food and staple retail segment led the decliners with 0.2%.
Astra Industrial Group headed the risers with 5.2%, while Derayah REIT Fund was the top faller with 2.5%.
Dar Al Arkan remained the most active stock with 16.35 million traded shares, while Al Rajhi Bank recorded the highest turnover of SAR 404.64 million.
Similarly, Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) rose by 467.82 points (1.78%) to 26,704.76 points.
Alhasoob was the top riser with 14.01%, while the market did not register any fallers at the end of the session.
