Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Sunday higher by 30.18 points (0.28%) at 10,969.06 points.
Approximately 305.57 million shares were traded and generated SAR 19.04 billion in value, compared to SAR 7.56 billion and 174.78 million shares in the previous session.
The consumer durables segment topped the gainers with 3.25%, while the telecom sector led the decliners with 1.92%.
Al Omran Industrial Trading advanced the risers with 10%, while Sadr Logistics led the fallers with 3.49%.
The Saudi Telecom Company (stc) recorded the highest trading value and volume, with 121.31 million exchanged shares that generated SAR 12.2 billion.
Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) also rose by 391.88 points (1.66%) to 23,986.86 points.
Natural Gas Distribution headed the risers with 18.43%, while National Building was the only faller with 3.28%.
