TASI, NomuC end Wednesday lower

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Wednesday down by 0.49% or 50.97 points at 10,372.54 points.

Turnover stood at SAR 7.21 billion through the exchange of 263 million shares, compared with SAR 8.65 billion and 317.84 million shares on Tuesday.

Banks were the top decliner with 0.82%, while the consumer durables and apparels headed the gainers with 1.18%.

Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) led the fallers with 2.43%, while Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment Company advanced the risers with 9.94%.

Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) registered the highest trading value of SAR 329.02 million, while Dar Alarkan Real Estate was the most active stock after trading 19.67 million shares.

Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) ended the session lower at 24,956.3 points.

Fesh Fash Food Factory Company topped the winners with 29.93%, while Development Works Food led the fallers with 3.35%.
