Riyadh — Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) announced the signing of a contract valued at SAR 19.14 million with Food Business Square Company for the cultivation and sale of onions.
Under the terms of the agreement, TADCO will produce and supply white, yellow, and red onion varieties from its farms located in the Tabuk region.
The contract covers three agricultural seasons spanning the 2027 season and the first quarter (Q1) of 2028, according to a bourse filing.
The supply schedule includes winter, spring, and autumn crops, with Food Business Square responsible for the receipt and transportation of the harvest from the company's sites.
The agreement is effective from the signing date on 30 September 2026 until 30 March 2028, while it requires a written agreement for any renewal.
TADCO expects the financial impact of the deal to positively reflect on its revenues and financial results starting from Q2-27 through Q1-28. The company confirmed that the costs associated with executing the contract will be financed through its internal resources.
Meanwhile, no related parties were identified in the transaction.
