Riyadh — Mubasher: Sure Global Tech Company announced that its board of directors has approved the appointment of Turki Hudiban Alaufi as an external member of the audit committee, according to a bourse filing.
The appointment became officially effective on 28 September 2026, following the resignation of Faisal Mohammed Al Obaid.
Alaufi will complete the remaining term of his predecessor, which is scheduled to conclude on 10 September 2029.
A partner at CLA Saudi Arabia, Alaufi brings more than 15 years of experience in internal auditing, governance, risk management, and compliance. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Southampton and is a member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
Furthermore, his professional background includes leadership roles such as Risk Consulting Manager and service on various professional and advisory committees, including the professional committee at the Chamber of Commerce.
