Riyadh – Mubasher: Sumou Real Estate Company and Sumou Holding Company signed a swap agreement on 30 December 2020.
Under the agreement, Sumou Real Estate increased its additional contributions in Al-Dhahiya El-Ghrbiya Company in Makkah city by transferring part of Sumou Holding’s investment for SAR 78.695 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
In return, Sumou Real Estate transferred part of its investment in Makkah Entrance Project to Sumou Holding for the same amount.
