Riyadh – Mubasher: The chairman of Sahara International Petrochemical Co (Sipchem) Abdulaziz Abdullah Hamad Al Zamil has passed away on Sunday, 6 October 2019 (7 Safar 1441 Hijri).
Abdulaziz Al Zamil was a non-executive board member in Sipchem, the company said in a bourse filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
Sipchem clarified that it will later announce any updates regarding the appointment of a new chairman.
