Riyadh – Mubasher: Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) shifted to net losses valued at SAR 215.30 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, compared to net profits of SAR 195.30 million in Q1-25.
Revenues fell by 37.70% to SAR 1.22 billion at the end of March 2026 from SAR 1.96 billion in Q1-25, according to the interim financial results.
The loss per share hit SAR 1.30 in Q1-26, against earnings per share (EPS) of SAR 0.27 a year earlier.
Quarterly, the net losses in Q1-26 shrank by 48.48% from SAR 417.90 million in Q4-25, while the revenues dropped by 21.75% to SAR 1.56 billion.
Sipchem incurred net losses of SAR 860.50 million in 2025, against net profits of SAR 426.10 million in 2024.
