Dubai – Mubasher: Shuaa Capital has sold 632,440 treasury shares, representing 0.02% of the total issued share capital.
Executing through International Securities, the transaction has an average price of AED 0.697 per share, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The number of remaining shares, which will be sold as per the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), reached 18.758 million.
It is noteworthy to mention that on Thursday, 11 March 2021, the company sold 8.75 million treasury shares, accounting for 0.35% of the total issued share capital.
