Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company (Shaker Group) appointed Abdulelah bin Abdullah Abunayyan as the Chairman of the board for the next four years.
Musaab bin Sulaiman Al Muhaidib was announced as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
The two officials took over their role for a new board term that began on 25 May 2025 and will end on 24 May 2029.
In the three-month period that ended on 31 March 2025, Shaker Group posted 15.64% year-on-year (YoY) lower net profits at SAR 27.20 million, compared to SAR 32.24 million.
Revenues dropped by 3.10% to SAR 400.41 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025 from SAR 413.24 million.
