Riyadh - Mubasher: Service Equipment Company issued an addendum to its earlier announcement about inviting shareholders to attend the ordinary general assembly meeting, which is scheduled to be held on 24 June 2026.
The update includes the attachment of the curriculum vitae (CV) of nominated board member Bassam Al Dhabi, according to a bourse filing.
Al Dhabi is nominated to be appointed in a vacant board seat for the remainder of the current board term.
The addendum follows the company’s original announcement published on 21 May 2026, in which the shareholders were invited to participate and vote on the agenda items of the general assembly.
Meanwhile, the general assembly will be held remotely via modern technology, with electronic participation and voting available through the Tadawulaty platform.
In August last year, the company's board recommended cash dividends of SAR 3.60 million, representing 15% of the SAR 50 million capital, for the first half (H1) of 2025.
