Riyadh – Mubasher: Seera Group Holding’s subsidiary, Al Mosafer Travel and Tourism Company, has signed an agreement with Klook Travel Technology to set up a joint venture for developing a one-stop digital platform.
Inked on 17 February, the five-year contract allows Al Mosafer and Klook to equally own the new company, according to a recent bourse filing.
Al Mosafer will contribute an amount between SAR 63 million and SAR 116 million to develop the platform, in addition to providing administrative support services to the new firm.
Meanwhile, Klook will provide technical services and support to the new company.
Seera noted that the digital platform will offer services for activities, tours, and events.
The partnership is expected to have a positive impact on Seera’s financial results during 2022.
Seera Group had previously joined forces Klook to endorse the digital transformation and growth of the tourism sector in Saudi Arabia.
