Seera’s profits hike 13.5% in Q1-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholder of Seera Group Holding increased by 13.51% to SAR 42 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 from SAR 37 million in Q1-25.

The group’s revenues fell by 1.35% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 1.08 billion at the end of March 2026 from SAR 1.10 billion, according to the interim financial results.   

Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 0.15 in Q1-26 from SAR 0.13 in Q1-25.

Quarterly, Seera turned profitable in Q1-26 against net losses of SAR 28 million in Q4-25, while the revenues grew by 8.68% from SAR 1 billion.

In 2025, the company posted 37% YoY higher adjusted net profit at SAR 218 million, versus SAR 159 million.
