Riyadh – Mubasher: Seera Group has partnered with Kaden Investment to inaugurate hotels across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to a press release.
Both parties signed a master hotels development agreement to manage and develop hospitality facilities in Saudi Arabia, with the first hotel in the joint venture is set to open in megaproject Riyadh Front.
Seera and Kaden’s partnership will focus on “quality mid-market hotel accommodation,” according to the listed firm.
CEO of Seera, Majed Alnefaie, said: “Riyadh’s business hub market is full of potential – we have plenty of managerial experience and local resources in the domestic and international market."
Kaden Investment’s CEO, Abdullah Al Fassam, meanwhile commented: "Riyadh Front is one of the newest additions to Saudi Arabia’s expanding commercial real estate, developed and managed by co-signer Kaden Investment.
