Riyadh – Mubasher: Seera Group has deepened its partnership with Spain’s Amadeus to implement the New Distribution Capability (NDC) travel industry-supported programme, according to a press release on Thursday.
The Saudi group will adopt the NDC-enabled Travel API solution which will allow Seera to distribute richer airline products in addition to the selling of new fares and services to its customers.
NDC is an integral part of the Amadeus Travel Platform which brings together all travel content from multiple sources in one place and allows travel agencies to easily search and compare offers.
“With NDC taking off in the industry, Seera Group understood it was the opportune time to partner with us to be fully NDC ready, marking an important milestone in their NDC journey,” Senior Vice President of Business Travel Agencies in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Bernhard Steffens, commented.
Seera recently teamed up with travel and leisure booking platform Klook to enhance the digital transformation and growth of the Kingdom’s tourism sector.
