Riyadh-Mubasher: - Real estate transactions in Saudi Arabia have reached SAR 346.8 billion since the beginning of Hijri year 1436.
The transactions reached SAR 28.45 billion in Dhu al-Qa'dah- the highest in three months – with a rise of 72% compared with Shawwal.
A total of 13 cities witnessed commercial and housing transactions at a total value of SAR 28.45 billion. The commercial index climbed by 92% to SAR 9.7 billion, while the housing index rose 63% to SAR 18.69 billion.
