Riyadh – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Saudi White Cement Co. recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 120 million to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2020.
The proposed amount is equal to SAR 1 per share or 10% of the share’s nominal value, according to a stock exchange statement on Tuesday.
The dividends' eligibility and distribution dates will be determined following the general assembly’s approval, the company noted.
