Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Research and Media Group has announced the appointment of Abdulrahman Ibrahim Alrowaita as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 21 May 2021.
The company’s shareholders have also approved the appointment of Majid Abdulrhman Alissa as the Vice Chairman for the same period.
Both Alrowaita and Alissa will assume their positions until 20 May 2024, according to a bourse disclosure on Tadawul on Sunday.
It is worth noting that Saudi Research has recently changed its company name from Saudi Research and Marketing Group.
