Saudi Networkers Services receives SAR 13m tax differences from ZATCA audit

Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Networkers Services Company received a notification on 4 October from the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regarding Value Added Tax (VAT) audit results for the fiscal year 2024.

The assessment includes tax differences totaling SAR 12.87 million and additional penalties amounting to SAR 3.69 million.

The company has accepted the tax differences and is finalizing the necessary procedures. Regarding the SAR 3.69 million in penalties, ZATCA indicated that the period is covered under a penalty exemption initiative.

The waiver will be applied once all regulatory conditions are met.

Saudi Networkers Services confirmed it had already established a provision of SAR 12.87 million in its financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025, to cover potential liabilities from this assessment.

Based on current evaluations, the company does not anticipate a material financial impact beyond the existing provision, noting that any further impact depends on the final resolution of the penalty waiver.

The company will monitor the situation and announce any material developments in accordance with relevant regulations.
