Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Saudi Networkers Services Company elected new board leadership, ending on 13 October 2029, following the general assembly’s meeting.
Abdulmohsen Ibrahim Abdulaziz AlTouq was appointed Chairman for a four-year term, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, Osama Mohammed Abdulaziz Alsabeg was named Vice Chairman.
Last September, Saudi Networkers Services’ board greenlighted transferring its shares from the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to the Main Market (TASI).
