Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi National Bank has appointed Ammar Abdulwahid Alkhudairy as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term as of 15 May 2021.
The bank also appointed Yazeed Abdulrahman Alhumied as the Vice Chairman of the board of Directors for the same term, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Both Alkhudairy and Alhumied will assume their positions until 14 May 2024.
The bank is lending Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO) credit facilities worth a total of SAR 140 million as a renewal of a Shariah-compliant banking facility agreement.
