Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) was awarded a SAR 314.88 million contract with Riyadh Airports Company to operate and maintain passenger boarding bridges and related services at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
The project will be executed in consortium with Jusoor Airports Operation and Maintenance Company, in which SGS holds a 51% ownership stake, according to a bourse disclosure.
The five-year deal commenced on 1 May 2026, with an option to extend for up to three additional years.
Meanwhile, the financial impact of this contract is expected to begin from the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
As of 31 December 2025, the listed group’s net profits jumped by 23.75% to SAR 404.70 million from SAR 327.03 million in 2024.
